My reward is about to expire. I tried to click the “Let’s get started” button but unable to do so. The button is clearly not working even after refreshing the app repeatedly. Please fix it.

The app seems to crash suddenly. It will also crash by pressing the top corner/side next to the bean point.

How is this so bad, with so many complaints, and nothing is being done?? It won’t even let me make an account.. what is an IC number and why do you need to know it just so I can order coffee?? No other coffee company is this complicated, makes me not want to go here.

This app is a fake coffee bean and it collects information. Apple should have this app removed from their App Store.

When trying to sign up it won’t validate the code therefore can’t finish sign up. I had an account a couple years ago but obviously with Covid-19 it must have been deactivated which is crazy because I COULDNT go in
