What’s going on???
Have always loved this app, but over the last month or two, it has been like running through molasses! It takes forever to load any part of it!
Not impressed
Every single time I have to update my password(which is ridiculously often) this app screws up. Some how ‘touch log in’ gets enabled and neither my old password or the one I just had to create works! No one at the actual bank office can tell me why or how to disable to touch log in. Gets very frustrating!!!

Good App
I’ve been using this app for years now and haven’t had one issue with it. It’s very convenient and very user friendly.
Horrible
It’s horrible! I barely even get on it and when I do it says User blocked!!! It’s been irritating that I’ve had to call you guys at least half a dozen times to ask why my account was blocked !
Never works
8/10 I try to access my account through the app I presented with an error message of sort. It always has trouble accessing my accounts at varying times of the day. Very frustrating.
Error
This app is pretty helpful and nice when it works right. When I first downloaded it, it worked great. Now every time I open it after I log in I get an error message a4c7ea9e-6a98-446f-beb0-7789dead2906. Please fix this is very irritating!!!!
