I enjoy the clean layout of the UI. Security is superior than most however, there is no an app support. If you have issues logging in you may need to email someone.

Online banking
Things have improved by a far. I can remember the early online banking, it was very limited compared to my other bank organizations. There has been a great improvement.

Best hometown bank ever! Family feeling when dealing with you all. Customers aren’t just numbers, we are someone. Don’t ever lose that hospitality. Aislynn is has helped us more than any corporate bank could do. She’s honest and very straight forward like all should be.
App is poo.
App has always been poo. Since the update, it’s a little less poo. But poo non the less. It won’t save username and password neither will it allow Face ID because it didn’t remember the username and password. Also, making transfers between accounts is a little more complicated than it used to be. Seems like this can all be fixed in relatively simple updates though.

Bad app
This app never works. Always getting error messages even though the user name and password are correct. Have to use my work computer if I want to access my account.

Hate it !
I wasn’t having any trouble with the app up until now. I can’t even login anymore. It keeps saying login unsuccessful. Then when I try to login on the website it keeps saying too many failed attempts which is crazy to me. FIX IT PLEASE !!
App does not work
When I attempt to open app on my iPhone it states device ID not found. I click the retry button and still same message. App will not open.
