Good enough but …
Good access my digital subscription to The Cricketer but get a little fed up of repeatedly being signed out of my account (on iPhone and iPad) and having to look up my account details to log back in again. The app login screen doesn’t even give access to Apple keychain/my password manager so that I can automatically log in.

Good content, not so happy with the app
Signed up to read the Ashes coverage, esp George Dobell — excellent, as expected.
Not so happy with the app, however.
Links from twitter always go back to thecricketer.com, not to the app.
Every time I try to access premium content in the app, it checks whether or not I have access rights.
Links within stories in the app go back to thecricketer.com, not within the app.

It’s not what it used to be. Sadly.
I tried to cancel my subscription but because I ordered it through Apples I Tunes I can’t. To get out which I will eventually I’ve been told that I’ll have to close the credit account.

Great content but unreadable in present format
Have just subscribed. Content looks wonderful but font size and navigation renders this unreadable. This needs to be fixed or I will not continue my subscription.
An excellent read.
I look forward to this every month. Lots of good material which is not available elsewhere. My only criticism is that I have to manually adjust the page (it's best to view in portrait mode) by stretching it in order to see a font size that I find acceptable. For all that I much prefer this to the print copy, and it is far better value in my opinion.

Don't.
First of all, first mag I've seen that actually makes you pay for the app AND the mag. Most do one or the other. Anyway, I shelled out and the mag just refuses to download. No problems with other mags - just this one.

A very good app. A little expensive but well worth it for an American-born cricket fan like myself. Can't find this magazine on a newsstand very easily!
How Long?
Why does the digital version always arrives a week after the hard copy in newsagents? Sort of defeats the purposes?!?!

I spent two nights trying to download one copy of the mag as it won't download in the background only to find it takes 5 minutes for each page to load. How about downloading a whole copy so there is no wait, and DO IT IN THE BACKGROUND!!!

Top magazine and looks great on iPad.
I did have that registration glitch but sorted it by going to a different wifi connection (even though it appeared no better or worse).
Think it was an iPad/network issue more than the app - although clearly the app is sensitive to it...

Registration not working?
Almost everything about this feels good, the first download worked well and the magazine looks good on the iPad. But registration doesn't seem to work - keep getting an error message telling me to check internet connection. But this is working well, so what's happening? Anyone else have the same problem?
