I paid for a lifetime Premium subscription years ago, enjoying full features until recently. The Crypto App disabled key functionalities I paid for, claiming I never had them, and is now pushing me to pay more for their new Pro/Pro+ subscriptions. This dishonest bait-and-switch shows they don’t honor their lifetime agreements. Avoid this app—untrustworthy and unethical.

App not loading
I was recommended this app to track crypto currencies and prices and downloaded it recently but have not been able to load the app since. It keeps closing down which is slightly worrying. Perhaps the support team could reply to this thread to provide an explanation and whether there is an issue and they are running an update and whether they will be back online shortly.

Love the interface and number of coins listed, but sometimes the app instantly crashes. Today it’s instantly crashing again 🤷♂️
Upset
Moved to iPhone from Android and the iOS version is buggy and crashes way more than the android version. Update to the latest version this week and it lost all my favorite tokens. Added them back which took a while and when I opened the app they were all lost again. I added my favorites three times and they don’t stay after I reopen the app. Not feeling well about the update process and how it won’t keep my favorites from being removed. Not impressed with the iOS version at all.

I recently fall into a big scam from a trading platform called Nsfx trading, Unfortunately for me, I invested 65,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. Decent app with room for improvement
What I like most of the app is that I can track my portfolio and it provides some insights and data points that are interesting. It would be better if I provided a simple way to help understand how those metrics can be used. I also wish that it imported my actual transactions and allows me to see them. That would then allow me to see profit/loss of my portfolio and positions and would make the app almost perfect. I do like the ability to see the 1 hr, 1day and 7 day gain/loss in a single view. Quite useful.
I find it EXTREMELY annoying that I am constantly prompted, with a banner at the top (even though I dismiss it), to upgrade to Pro+ even though I have paid for Pro. PLEASE STOP THIS! I may consider uninstalling it this continues.

Widgets broken
Widgets have completely broke. Coins are blank and portfolio is showing 0. I actually paid for this! Nice!
New update crashes!
The new Update to 3.3.0 crashes the app a couple of seconds after I open it! Terrible. I even updated my phone to iOS7 to see if it would help, but no still crashes! The app is useless now. Fix this please

Expensive, slow, functionality is so so at best, would not recommend
Great app
I'm deducting stars, because despite upgrading to the Pro version, I still have constant ads for the Pro version, which is extremely annoying. So if you think that upgrading will make the ads go away....nope! The functionality of the app itself is great though, and I'm very happy with that.
