Horrible App
Articles do not open consistently. When trying to scroll down the page it jumps back to the top. When trying to report a problem the web designer page does not allow problems to be reported, only requests for refunds or reporting scams. The Gazette should fire this web company and find another.
Log in
Log in doesn’t work today and says my creditentials don’t exist. A users log in shouldn’t have to be used every time you log in to e edition. Annoying and lousy way to start my day. I’ve been a user says day one of this option.
Unstable app
Since the last update I am kicked out of the paper daily, forcing me re-enter my log in credentials, now as of this morning I cannot access the paper at all. This is a paid subscription, it should accessible. Seems like every time this app is updated there are issues like this.
Weak
Login not working properly and not linked to web edition credentials. No apparent links to circulation or holds page.
