Lost all progress randomly
I just got on to play and my character is back to level 1 and all my gear is gone… guess I’m done playing

This game has potential, but lacks in some things. Please fix the ability for people to do in-game purchases... it's not working.
The game also freezes at times. Luckily, it does save for some reason.

Ads/purchases
Store doesn’t work, ads happen often when entering new areas, would love to see an ad removal bundle, but the permanent money buffs that you can pay real money for/anything in the store does not currently work. Otherwise game rating would be higher

Give us an option to skip ads or ad-free shop item. It’s out of hand. Ruining my nostalgia.

Awakening quest bugged
Was having fun until this roadblock, awakening quest is bugged, bosses don’t spawn correctly.
Only 2 spawn, and one keeps resurrecting infinitely, impossible to complete the quest.
Also costs 45m gold every attempt which goes down the toilet.
