No balls are coming out to hit.
 I love this game. But recently has stopped working. After a time of working fine suddenly no ball comes out to hit. And all the voices and bells & whistles go off simultaneously. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and then reinstall. Please fix this problem.

Becoming buggy
This is a nice game but is desperately in need of an update to keep up with ipados version changes. Bugs have crept in such as the ball disappearing in the left curved lane, and the machine tilting or perhaps going into a diagnostic mode randomly. Sad to see another good app die of neglect.

Love this game. Passes time away and it’s lots of fun the actions are real like.
Just needs a few bug fixes
Love this game so much! I’ve played it for years. Just needs an update to fix some small glitches with the game where the ball gets stuck on the shipwreck and the screen goes black on the flag ramp.

Possedevo già da anni la versione con anche altri pinballs, dopo un po’ sul nuovo IPhone 16e, the Deep s’inceppa, la schermata accende ad intermittenza tutte le luci del gioco e non escono le palline, funziona solo la molla di lancio ma senza pallina. Ho eliminato e reinstallato l’app ma il problema resta; ho addirittura riacquistato questa versione con il solo The Deep e la situazione è sempre uguale. Che si fa?

Complete waste of money
Frustration would be a better name. I have now paid for The Deep 3 times over several years. It suddenly just refuses to load up. Works for a bit then stops. Bought two weeks ago again but today it stopped again! I have written to seek advice many times but I have never received a reply. I really love it when it works. Such a pity.
