No way to use

App requires subscription to use. No way to get a subscription in the app or on the website. Clearly obsolete.

Don’t Link The New App Icon

Please stop changing things just for the sake of changing things. The Linq App was easy to find. This is unnecessary

Loving the Linq!

I just went to a networking event. Haven’t been to one in a while. But I was so delighted that I had my Linq profile already setup some time ago. And when it was time to exchange wa-lah! I was glad I was prepared!

Takes forever to load

Everyone on my team including myself experience a very long time for the app to load. Then when it does fully load and allow me to see my messages. It glitches for a good 30 seconds before allowing my to properly view messages and type. If I wanted to access the app it takes about 1 minute and a half minimum to process before I can use the app. Besides that everything else is great

Misleading. Only use the free version

I barely used the app. However, when I decided to cancel they refused to refund me even though it says 14 days money back. So, I got scammed for $250 annual subscription that I didn’t even try to use and switched to a different app

Best business card

Hands down the best looking and functioning card.

Great business App!

Been using Linq for couple years now and love how it’s user friendly and multi functional! Great for small businesses or big ones too. Definitely recommend especially if you don’t have your own website domain!

Programmers I CANT LOG IN ON PC

Trying to login on the website on any computer device does not load, update the code please. Works on my phone but not MacBook

Great product!

The Linq team made had an impressive achievement to send blue messages through their messenger or CRM! Josh and their team has been amazing. Reach out to them today for more info

Highly Disappointed

Linq made a bunch of promises convincing me to do the paid version- things it couldn’t actually do. There were a couple months of back and forth with different support agents. Turned out all the things they said they could do and set up with integrations- I would have to do. We’re talking a few hours of work at least as they were not set up to be automated. I kept pushing it off until I realized I simply don’t have the time to test their system like that- and be paying for it. Never did it- never used it and yet no refund? Ya no id never recommend. Even the basic free level wasn’t working and was so frustrating at events.

Barbers Best Friend

Spent so much money and time on traditional business cards over the years, Linq has simply made business thereby life easier

Response rate

Got Linq blue and would 100 percent recommend to anyone trying to increase their response rate. Absolute game changer for me. Saw a 53% increase in response rate over the first two months

Folks love it

When they see the card work on their phone, they want to get their own!

Should You Buy Linq Blue?

Should you invest in Linq Blue?

Absolutely not. Run and hide.

Such a waste of time and money.. I was sold by their "president" Jared, who was clearly desperate for the sale.

He explained to me how absolutely simple and seamless the onboarding was, the use of the app, etc.. and proceeded to charge me for the year up front.

Not only was the onboarding terrible, but A LOT was not disclosed about how the blue text actually works.

They basically want me to rework my entire SOP for communication, they have a completely under-developed integration with GHL forcing you to change the way you make calls, send texts, build automations and more.

NONE of which was mentioned on the sales call.

Thankfully, I've received a full refund. But I feel obligated to warn people about using Linq Blue because of how aggressively they are running ads to it.

Pretending like it's some great solution, when really they rushed to get something built and are selling it for $3k for the year (per line).

My experience has been awful. This Jared fella has been in every single email thread and has not even attempted to reconcile his slimey sales tactics.

You have been warned. DO NOT use Linq Blue. It is 100% not worth it if you need to integrate it into anything other than their app.

ATTN: DEVELOPERS

Talked about this with you when I drove you on Lyft ride. I told you about my involvement in Uber. Give me a ring yeah? Can’t get to you because of your instagram content manager is acting like a gatekeeper. lol 424.nine-00-4nine3five

Made a difference within 2 weeks

Our product is in the high-end auto accessories industry. Naturally, these customers do not respond to green texts or most emails, which we rely on their communication to process. Since using Linq for the passed month, my phone won’t stop blowing up. Let’s be honest, Linq did’t invent blue text. Their service and customer experience makes them the best choice out of a sea of competitors

It won’t let you cancel

I really just don’t use it enough maybe in my line of work it’s not that practical however, when I tried to cancel it, I get an error message every time. Pretty genius programming to give you an error every time you try and cancel so you can never cancel.

Review

I’m looking forward to more from Linq.

Great Customer Service

I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to recognize Jared from the customer support team at Linq. He is the best customer support agent I’ve ever worked with!! I lost my digital business card and he went above and beyond to help me get a new card!! You can tell by the way he supported me that he cared about resolving my issue quick!! I wish all customer support teams have agents like Jared!! Keep providing great customer service!!

Way worse than expected

Interface and features should be way more intuitive.
Overall I necessarily complex.
For example if I bought a product that comes with a QR code printed on it why am I not able to “lock that in” and just have that single code everywhere in the app where I want to use it? Why generate a new one every time I update my profile for example adding a new social media account or getting a better professional headshot?
