Trash app good product
Absolutely hate using the app to the point sometimes I just don’t even bother getting anything that day. Every time I try to connect my account, it freezes or restarts. My order doesn’t go through or it goes in twice.

This app is glitchy af. The screen gets stuck, it refreshes itself every 30 seconds or so. It would be user friendly if you could actually use it.

App no longer works at all
App immediately logs you out after selecting any item. Log back in, try and select an item and I am logged back out again no matter what I choose.

every time you sign in, you have like two minutes before it signed you out so trying to order stuff is really really hard
Literally does not work
Just got the app, tried to make an account jut it kept crashing. Could not finish signing up so i deleted it and tried again. Now every time i press login the prompt just asks me to do it again. Pressing skip leads to infinite loading bar. I cant use it even if i wanted to
poor recent update
this app used to be great but the most recent update completely messed it up. constantly refreshing in the middle of tasks, logging user out, can’t use rewards. don’t know what happened but wish we could go back to before

App reboot a dumpster fire
I live in Spanish Springs and am a medical patient I count on this app and was able to purchase and navigate flawlessly it kicks me out as soon as I as I am verified with google but shows my points consistently. Please help please help
New update crashes all the time
It’s a decent store. The prices have gone up a lot since I’ve been going in. Some of the quality and some of the brands have gone down in quality too I’ve noticed.

All pages refresh after 3 minutes so you need to rush. Just like in store!!

Last update is nonstop crashing the app
Latest update is causing the browser in Shop option to refresh every 30 seconds or so, so before I can even see what I want to purchase, it goes back to start page.
Of course this is not a major issue since I just purchased directly from the website, but it’d be cool to be able to use the app too.

Couldn’t use the App
I tried going on the app to use. I couldn’t get on to place an order. So I had to rely on going on the website to place an order today. Can you guys fix it 🙏
cannot use the app at all, after recent updates :(
This app used to be perfect but the most recent re-work of the interface absolutely broke it. Now, it behaves fine until I actually click on a store location to look at their menu. Aside from the deals and promo images scrolling across the top, the page is blank and doesn’t load or respond to any taps. I used to regularly place orders through this app but in this state it’s unusable. In my opinion, the interface doesn’t need to look fancy or modern as long as the app works. I’d even be happy with the old interface coming back if it ensured we could use it again. Please fix!🙏🏼

So many issues! When I try to select a quantity, I scroll down to the number and as I try to select it, it jumps back to the top. When I finally am ready to check out I have to pick my payment method, and then once that is done my cart is empty. After 30 minutes of that cycle I gave up. I showed it to the bud tender and he was shocked at how bad it was. I now have to pay in the store which means I cannot go to the quick line for pickups. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work. So frustrating!
