Stopped working and simply can’t reach the bank. Booooo

Not user friendly. Very inconvenient when it goes down or locks up. Have been trying to login all morning and it will not load or open.

The app kicks me out as soon as I log in!! I cannot use the app at all. I try to delete it from the phone and redownload, but I run into the same issue every single time and I’ve tried over 100 times. PLEASE HELP

App doesn’t show due dates or minimum payment amounts on loan/credit accounts. Alerts are useless and don’t work and the login process is terrible. It won’t alert you if you put the wrong username in to reset your password. Good luck getting someone on the phone to reset your login in a timely manner…
The old app was terrible but it’s better than this. It’s embarrassing for this to exist in 2021.

Doesnt work
I cant log in this app. So i was still using ASFCU app. But now have new device and cannot find old app. And im unable to do any online banking because the log in pin doesnt work. Which is so inconvenient because this was how i pay my loans since i have a checking and loan with them.
Needs a revamp
The app takes FOREVER to load, whether you’re connected to Wifi or not. The longest I had to wait for the app to load was 15 minutes.
It will crash or refresh randomly, then take forever to load again. It gets EXTREMELY annoying when you’re trying to look at your finances. The only thing I haven’t had an issue with (knock on wood), is the mobile deposits, which is helpful when your job only provides hard checks, and you get off at 8pm.
