Making us pay for push notifications
Please quit making all of us pay to get pushed notifications. Could you please make all the push notifications free? It upsets me as a user who can’t see, along with other users who can’t see, along with everyone else. I want to always along with all users on the iPhones, and iPads to please from now on get all pushed notifications for free on your app, no more making us pay, please. Your consideration on this from now on would be greatly appreciated! Please let me know when this is fixed and that this issue that I am bringing up will never ever happen again. Would really appreciate it a lot! Thank you so much.

The puzzle pages no longer work.
They just raised my rates. The e edition no longer works properly. The page to page selection is slow or doesn’t work at all. Now the puzzle pages no longer allow the use of a stylus or Apple Pencil.

Viewing
The new format isn’t ideal. Plus if you wanted to read an article you could now unless you have a subscription you can’t. After checking in the description to see if it’s required to have a subscription to view the content, it doesn’t. In conclusion the app is now pointless.
New update
The new format is terrible and confusing. Also, there is no back button for the obits. You have to go back to the menu and select obits to get to the list.
Wonderful
Small town paper with small town values, but paper carries all national stories without a bend to the right or to the left. This straight news is why I continue to read.

This used to be a good app for Bryan/College Station news. Now it doesn’t respond once you open an alert or open the app. Locks up every time I try to read news from B/CS. Worthless! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!
Eagle bias
The Eagle is like most media outlets. A propaganda arm of the far left socialist Democrats. Especially their newspaper. Even their sports is bias toward Bryan. It would be so refreshing if they could be fair and reflect journalistic ideals. But no they follow the same spin and bias of their leftist ideology. What a shame!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Crappy small town gossip rag
The Eagle makes its livelihood off of waiting for bad things to happen to the good people of Bryan and College Station. In other words, it is the lowest form of what passes for the once-noble profession of journalism these days.
App is a little slow
I like the layout and the information but it seems to take forever to boot up.

I like the app but don't like the fact that only get to read 30 articles a month & then they want you too pay for it! I'll stick to kbtx!! It's free!!!
Useful, but ads annoying
I like the app. It's easy and quick, but the ads are a nuisance. Don't like them in the middle of the page and flashing.

Flashing ads stating you have mail, full screen pop ups, you click articles to read and are taken to a blank screen.

I don't get it.
I pay for The Eagle, and have for over 30 years; yet I have to put up with advertisements on this APP and a full website that keeps telling me I have viewed all the articles I can view. It's a good thing for The Eagle there is no competition.
Hate the app
The only reason I use the app is because the website said i had reached my limit of articles. The app isn't anywhere as user friendly, and the content doesn't update as quickly, as the website.
Going down hill
Slow on all news reports and now only 25 stories you can view a month. Better off using the KBTX app. Really disappointed with the direction they are taking this.
