Good, could be better
I would love to see the ability to pray the prayers without the audio. If it is possible, I couldn’t figure it out. On that note, I found the navigation to be very unintuitive. I would also love to see a modern English option. I find it difficult to pray with the thees and thous. I would also purchase a physical copy in modern English if one existed. Thanks!

Bloated App
Disappointed in the bloat that was added, the inability to use the settings to mute the prayers, the rewording of prayers I had memorized from ages past and the inability to provide feedback. There is no lack, however, of Donate buttons and attempts to have the user subscribe. Overall it appears they fixed something that wasn’t broken. I’ll likely return to the Jordanville prayer book. Update: after several months I returned to find that nothing has changed. If you opt for the free version, you cannot go from day to day through the week but are stuck on the day of your download. How they have destroyed a once excellent digital prayer book is beyond me. So sad.

Great app, needs some adjustment
I love this app and the convenience of having an all in one prayer book, saints lives, fasting rule, etc. I just really wish there was a function to have it not immediately start the audio recordings for the morning/evening prayers when you open them. Other than that I thoroughly enjoy the app
Please fix persistent “notifications not enabled” issue
Happily decided to pay for the upgraded version, which unfortunately does not let me say “no” to notifications. I have to hit cancel every single time I open the app. This did not happen in the free version.
It is annoying. And makes me reconsider using your app. Please fix that. Best I can say is it helps me toward greater patience. Please believe me I have enough other such helpers in my life. Thank you.

Great app. Update is too commercial
First, let me say that this app has been part of my day for almost a year now. I’ve loved getting to know the prayers. And the free app is a wonderful blessing. However…after the app updated, it’s no longer a simple prayer app (which I had admired), there is now a menu of ministry items. I dislike that there’s now an ad for a book at the end of every session of prayers.
A couple suggestions for devs moving forward:
1. Ability to view previous day’s prayers. Sometimes I get home from work after midnight and want to pray the previous day’s evening prayers before bed.
2. Turn off the auto play on the prayers. Can’t find how to do that in the new app.
3. Remove prayer book ad from daily prayer readings.
4. More background music options would be lovely.
Still a great benefit to my walk with the Lord. St. Philip the Evangelist, pray for us!

Very good, never becomes mechanical.
I love how each day has separate devotions and prayers, it makes it feel alive. And being able to hear the gospel and epistle for each day is wonderful. Along with this, the app offers spoken prayers, like evening, morning, and even midday prayers that have people read them. One small issue I have with the app is the classical music that plays no matter what, It becomes very annoying if I want to pray, as to my knowledge there is no way to disable to music. Other than this, the app offers great selections of prayers, for every occasion during the day to day life. It does feel very personal, and though I haven’t used the feature yet, you are able to send prayer requests to the people who develop the app.

Love this app, just one small thing I wish we had.
I love this app. Beautiful prayers and a lot of good orthodox references/resources. The only thing I wish is if we could change the notification times because it reminds me at times when I’m unable to stop and pray.
Pros and Cons
Love the idea of a daily series of prayers which is easy to follow in a sequential manner. Do not like the changed wording of many prayers. Hate the music and find it difficult to turn it off. Make. your settings clearer. Not sure why we need to add our parish name and city. Why can't we remain anonymous? On the whole - it's "just okay."

One Star Only For Dropping Support of Older Phones
I loved this program, but now I only get a notification to upgrade to the latest version - which requires iOS 16 or greater. My phone can only do 15.8, so can no longer access this. So, 1-star for leaving me and others behind..

This is what the world needs
I have pointed many young adults toward this app as a way to stay connected and they use as much or as little of it as they need. It works very reliably and helps even the youngest users develop a habit of prayer

Not as inclusive as I wished.
I was really disappointed there isn’t an Old Calendar option so I could use the app more diligently.
Good but imperfect app
This is a very fine app in general, however,there are a few bugs and inconsistencies that are annoying. One reason I am writing this review is because the feedback button does not work, at least not more than once. I gave positive feedback when I first downloaded and used the app. Since then, it doesn't work. If I were to be contacted, I would gladly give additional details rather than bleating on here because I do truly like and use this app.

Sappy Music
I was excited when I first opened the app, but the sentimental music was so sappy. I had to shut it down. Give there was no why to turn it off, I deleted the app. Unfortunate.
AMAZING
This app is an absolute godsend! I find myself engaging in prayer so much more often because of it. The voices are natural, and it is easy to use. Make sure you download it and use it!
Excellent prayer app
This app is an excellent source of prayers for the Eastern Orthodox Church. The app is thorough, responsive, and bug-free. I highly recommend giving it a try.
