Required to have a nicer phone to use the app???
This is extremely frustrating and obviously I know this is how things work these days, but I simply cannot use the app because it requires me to update my phone and I cannot do that. So now I have no way to check my bank account anymore

I’m very pleased with this online service that Evangeline Bank offers. Also great customer service if I have to call, drive thur or go inside of the bank.
Poor online banking service
Always a problem with having to reset password. Very frustrating. Ongoing. Had to close most other checking accounts. Need improvements with online banking. I won’t open other accounts until Zelle payment options are available. Very behind with technology as compared to chase and other big banks.
