Too many password resets, and you can’t use a password you’ve used previously. So you’re constantly making up new passwords

User Friendly
The app is very user friendly and makes banking a lot more convenient. Mobile deposit and bill pay saves me so much time!

Once I figured out how to get around it it’s very helpful. You can only change your username on a computer but other than that i use it almost daily
Terrible App
Using an iPad Pro, I attempted to sign in several times. The screen would freeze, when entering UserID or password. On the fifth attempt, I was able to enter my credentials; however, the app said “loading” for 15 minutes and did nothing. Don’t waste your time with the app. Sign on using your web browser.
