This app doesn’t do anything
It looks like it would help you track activity so you can help keep the spark alive, or in my case, track the effects of my medication for my doctor. All it does is tally how many times you click the button for each day, but there’s no differentiation for what you did, how long, etc. It’s simply a tally and a reminder, which I could do easily enough in the Reminders app that’s native to the phone. Not helpful at all.

Easy to use - needs a lock
Really love how easy this app is to use and how good it looks, only thing it needs is the option to add a passcode to stop prying eyes from having a peek!
