Quality issues

I purchased twice from them and both times there were quality issues. They sell third party vendor’s products for which cannot assure the quality. The refund which is assured is hassle with the delivery boy coming to pick up and they want to see it inspite of the pics being sent in WhatsApp. In the name of organic and assured quality I feel I am made a fool.
