Received box put straight in fridge went to use and most of food was spoiled even though well within use by date and went in bin have requested refund no response wouldn’t recommend

Bought a bbq pack an a trio of lamb it wasn’t good quality when we opened the packets the meat smelt really bad on the bbq pack it all ended up in the bin

Have emailed twice to complain.
Obviously deleting my complaint as receiving an email to state that firstly Alfie, then Darren dealt with my email and to rate them.
Disgusting!! No way to contact them by phone for refund. AVOID!!
I will be complaining to Environmental Health re supplying out of date meat (out of date before my package date!) and to Trading Standards for their conduct.
I will also need to claim a refund through my bank. Terrible.

Can’t checkout.
Attempted to buy meat. Unable to checkout without getting errors. Gone to customer support, not much has been done.
To good to be ethical
Good customer service. But no welfare docs. Most meat indoor bread from EU. Hence the cheap price of meat.
