Sick of this
I am not one to rate apps but this app genuinely drives me insane. It never works. It stops working at the most inconvenient times, and forces me to call the bank frequently because I can’t get in. The WORST is when it doesn’t work when the bank is closed… then I have no access to my money. This is written from someone who is currently locked out of their account, and the bank is closed. I’m so over it.

I thought I would save some money and order checks online/not a good idea/they missed a number. This young lady named Bri deserves five gold stars🥇and an atta girl. She called me so many times and helped me make it through the situation, and yes some old folks still use checks. lol So Thank you Bri for your exceptional customer service. God Bless you.
