Return Nightmare: Customer Service 👎
Shipped without all the items in my order. Never sent the item I purchased but didn’t receive. Reached out and emailed 3 different people in customer service including the owner. I was reassured my return would be done correctly with the amount I paid. My return was still messed up and they tried to credit my account for less money than I purchased it for.

Customer Service
The boutique itself is decent but the customer service and return process is a nightmare. They gave me incorrect information and it took days to get an accurate answer about my order. The store is great as long as you don’t need to communicate with the staff.
Does not respond to messages
I love this boutiques clothes but there are a few major problems...
1. Inconsistent with letting followers know or see sizing on models
2. Does not answer any questions on feed or messenger
