Horrid App
Pros:
- You can see what is in stock
- Able to obtain addresses for pickup
- Information is provided on each product
Cons:
- Page reloads when you press the back button causing you to start over
- You are logged out CONSTANTLY
- Prices can be inaccurate
- They won’t notify you when pickup is ready
- Lots of lag when navigating pages
- Unable to use accrued points through the app ordering system
TLDR; the app is not very usable from a customer standpoint. I recommend going elsewhere

Updated App!
New format is much better. You can actually order and see your loyalty points on this app.
Worst app ever
For starters i can open the app and click pickup/location but every time i click proceed, it just resets the page over and over and over again. If on the off chance you do get into the app and are able to browse the options, as your scrolling the app will think your clicking on one of the items and take you to that page. It’s very very very Sensitive. The store, the worker, and the quality is good. The app? Awful. Stick to the online browser. It’s not worth he blood pressure.

Doesn’t Work
It took me several tries to even login, and when I managed to do so, the app was still awful. I’ll just call on the phone as this app actively makes the buying process more difficult than calling. Make an app that works.

First time visiting location and enjoy using the app
terrible app
i’ve been using this app for a while and i’m finally tapped out. it’s ALWAYS been a struggle it’s extremely glitchy and i spend way too much time trying to place an order. It’s been about two months since the deal section has worked and i shop off of that. I can’t even see what the daily deals are. i used to be a regular at this location but i prefer pick up orders and i keep checking back and the app still doesn’t work so i’ve been going to health for life. I have emailed the location and they told me to update my app and that’s not the problem.

Best disbo in ARIZONA
since I’ve have been going not once have I ever had any issues. The workers always show respect and I’m grateful there the only Disbo near me that stays open late.

Utah needs better app experience
It is quite the process to even be able to get to the Ogden store in Utah. It takes way too many strips. Let me login and order. The announcements are annoying and having to press for it is ridiculous. Make it happen I can give you the number of clicks I want to take to get to my category in less than a half hour thanks.

No Menu to Shop -
The FlowerShopAz comes back to a parked domain with Go Daddy.
Says it’s a fake app
I’ve used this app numerous times to make purchases and it even has my purchase history and now it says it’s a fake app and now that I went into the website online it says that I never had a profile and now all my rewards are gone. Very, very upset. I wonder if they did this on purpose to not have to give out rewards

Garbage app
I can’t check out last 2 times. Go back to leafly. I only look at your app when I can’t find good deals on flower on leafly. History deletes r away can’t stand this app
Can’t log in
I want to use the app but not matter what I try it says “invalid state id” I didn’t enter a state ID- it only asked for login credentials
Not very user friendly
There’s no option to go directly to your cart, shop makes you log in even though your supposedly logged in on the app. You have to respect your location if you leave the shop, even if you don’t leave the app. Linking your account to pay is a freaking nightmare. It’s like someone consciously decided to make everything 4-5 clicks instead of 1-2. Bloated and unnecessary.

Horrible app go back to leafly PLEASE! Last two times I tried to order I spend 30 minutes to have it not let me get past my email and stuff. Waste of time. Never had a problem w leafly. I hardly look your deals up anymore since your not. Won’t be there today. Too mad
