Puchased subscription, but can’t view any issues.
I paid 30 bucks for a year subscription, then nothing happened.
The app will not allow me to view any issues or content. When I try to tap, it says I’ve already purchased a subscription—yeah I know.
When I try to login it says “authentication failed” but there’s no option to reset the password/username or any way to figure out what’s gone wrong.
This is 2017. When the app said “do you want to purchase a subscription” and I used my Apple ID, it better do something afterward...

iPhone App not syncing with iTunes subscription
Really poor implementation. App should access iTunes subscription seemlessly. It's 2016.. common

Much better after new updates. My old issues are finally back and the app works as advertised.
Misleading or Poor Service
I purchased iPad subscription and no magazines will load unless I pay an additional $9.99 per issue, what gives?

Not free, and when I tried to download the sample issue it said that I had already downloaded it too many times... I just downloaded the app???
