From the moment I walked in during opening week, I knew this was going to be my new favorite spot in town. The atmosphere is nothing short of welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely empowering. The sense of community here has completely transformed my workout routine — it brings so much joy and motivation to every visit. All of the instructors are incredibly talented and consistently deliver the best workouts I’ve ever had. I especially love the sculpt class — it’s the perfect way to kickstart my morning with an amazing burn. I truly can’t recommend this place enough!

Absolutely Love
I honestly can’t say enough good things about The Format. I’ve fallen in love with this place! The atmosphere is so welcoming and positive. The staff as a whole are all so sweet. I immediately felt a sense of belonging when I took my first class.
The classes are seriously challenging (in the best way possible) and have pushed me to a new level. I’ve seen such a difference in my confidence and strength even after only a few classes. My favorite class so far is Sculpt as it's challenging and fun! The post workout endorphins are the best feeling! The studio’s aesthetic is so on point. I feel like the ultimate pilates princess walking into the space!
If you’re looking for a place that’ll push you to grow in strength and confidence, The Format is definitely it! Can’t recommend it enough!
