Login frequently doesn’t work
It seems that often the app won’t keep you logged in and be a bit ornery for a bit. Not sure what causes it, but some of my friends are having to enter their credentials every day in spite of biometric login enabled?

I have used The Freedom Fight for a few years and it’s extremely helpful! About a year ago, a friend of mine started using it with me so we see each other’s check ins daily and so we check in with each other very often because we see what’s going on with each other. The training inside the app and coursework is phenomenal! The fact this is free for us who need it is remarkable. If you have struggled with p*rn this is a must have tool that will help you!

Women need help too
I am enjoying this app and the program. Being able to check in and learn patterns or notice habits after a few months is helpful. For some like myself, finding real life accountability is hard and though it can be hard to find groups to start 6 month program with on the app, I am so so grateful for the few accountability partners I have. Even though I am struggling with Christianity, I can’t say whether or not it’s too faith forward for someone who hates the faith/God or not but it speaks on real life experiences and is helpful. NEUROLOGICAL and SPIRITUAL insight. Above all, experience and care.
As a woman, you may be tempted to use some videos directing things towards men as a reason to not keep fighting the addiction but please don’t!!! Overcome
The enemy wants you to hide your sin. Pornography has become normalized in our society. We often don’t talk about it. Some churches skim the surface and might mention how it’s a sin, but in my experience, it doesn’t go much further than that. That’s why I’ve taken it upon myself to gain control over my sin with pornography. With help from the freedom fight, I’m overcoming my addiction. After I complete the 30 day plan, I’m going through the SADL program. Then I am going to go through it again with my wife. My end goal is for my wife and I to start small groups to help others overcome their addictions. I just needed to be brave enough to admit I needed help, and then I still have to have the courage to talk about it openly so I can help others. This is all possible for me with the help of freedom fight.

Freedom to Fight
I never understood that porn was really plaguing my prayer life, my sex life with my wife, my overall view of/towards women, etc. What you do in your private life affects you in your public life. Going through these lessons in the Freedom Fight have opened my eyes to whole new reality. I am able to rightly see myself and my sin for what it truly is. What was once in darkness has been brought into the light, and there is freedom and healing in confession and prayer first with God and with my brothers in my group. Praise God for new eyes and a new heart.

As a professional therapist, I work with a lot of guys who want to outgrow their porn addictions.
