I came across this on a friend/ social media account I follow and had to try it out.. I’ve been learning a lot about frequency lately.

I love you can choose categories when setting the app up and then pick what you’re needing in the moment. It was very relaxing and touching … I will definitely be adding this in to my routine daily.

The first time I listened I had actual tears steaming down my face. The sound of the frequencies with the message moved me….to tears. This app is easy to navigate and offers SO many beautiful options for any and all occasions and emotions. I’m excited for this to be my go to for all the things healing.
