The Gate is community application working for any residential or commercial compounds can connect to our system then mobile app should work for any property owner inside this compound, then our app will grant the following features and facilities for property owner user as the following: 1- Show unit / property details which belongs to logged in owner 2- Gate access through QR Code 3- Property Management 4- Request property maintenance services (like Carpenter, Garden worker, electrical, plumber, Metal technician and other services ) 5- Show all announcements 6- Rent and visitor permissions 7- Access to food menu for all restaurants inside the compound 8- Food Delivery service 9- Compound rules and regulations (to help owners to not violate any internal rules) 10- List all existed restaurants And the famous signs inside the compound
