The Gramercy is a resident portal and community communication app developed for The Gramercy Condominiums located in Dunwoody, Georgia. Authorized residents can login to the app to access important community updates and securely access documents and forms. Residents can also interact in neighborhood groups and committees, message with their manager, and make posts to their Community Feed. Community managers and resident admins may post official association information to the Association News channel. Email, text and mobile notifications can be set by each resident per information type.
Login access to the app is provided for verified users only; the users must officially reside at The Gramercy to receive login credentials to the app.
