Misleading app
I’m very disappointed in this app and the restaurant. There is a feature in the app that lets you claim your 10th meal for free. I collected 8 out of 9 points towards my free meal and had to get a new phone. Getting a new phone means having to start over with the points. There’s no way to carry them over to a new phone. It’s also very misleading in how it works. It says you can get a free entree with a value of up to $12.99, but that’s not exactly true. My wife and I finally saved up enough points for a free meal and tried to get a free steak entree that costs $12.69. Instead, they only gave us $9.69 off of our ticket since that was the lowest-priced thing we bought. If we had paid separately, then we could have gotten the $12.69 entree for free. The app should say that you can get the cheapest meal on your ticket for free instead of saying a free meal up to $12.99 in value. Not worth the time and effort to earn points.
