Lose progress randomly
Paid seven bucks for a pretty tiny book that deletes my progress if I take a 1 hour break. Pretty upset about that.

I would say five stars but it would be better to have the full game but before each part you have to wait an amount of time and watch an ad. Please do this hosted games.

Its alright, the first game was where its at, but if your really want more of the story this does the trick. The first one was on a whole notha level tho.
Game is great but it could be better
Should have gone with the advertisments, it would attract more people playing the game because it has no in app purchase, you could add double ads between chapters to make money and maybe even more have reviews and people playing this amazing game.
Pay to continue?
I know you have to make money somehow and, really, I understand that. But paying $4 to continue a game that I was so immersed in just feels so wrong. I was having a joyful time before that. Can you please find another monetizing path?
Amazing game but…
I love this game the way the characters are developed and the way the story progresses is amazing. The only problem is that the second part isn’t free. For many we try to entertain ourselves with what we can get without paying because we don’t have access to it.

I really love this game I’m trying to purchase the rest of the chapters but it’s always saying payment failed, i just placed money in my bank account i recheck it many times but yet still it still says payment failed please help
So far it’s excellent!
I’m having an issue unlocking the full game, but the free portion I’ve played so far is excellent. I’m already excited to play through again with different choices, but I’ll want to bring in a new character for that from the first game. I’ll leave a better review when I can play through fully!
Played both
I like the first one better and would suggest playing it before playing this one because it’s more of a ‘part 2’ sorta thing. This one is GREAT, you will get sucked into it if you like story’s, any text based games, or even mid evil stuff (which I learned a few things from this series). The creators never stopped working on it, although I am curious if they created another book for it which I really hope they do. So far these have been the best quality text based games on iOS I’ve found out of the dozens I’ve downloaded and played.

I don’t understand why did you have to make us pay 4 dollars just to continue its just plain wrong like why not just stuff ads in our face you would make more money that way anyway

Good game but a few suggestions
I love this game very much, but first off I think that you should make a third part, you know, like what happened right after Queen Hannah and I got married, or some other adventure. Second, I think that it is wrong to say that I am King in the first book, but then I have to vote, and I don’t end up becoming kinks so it’s like I am granted a BOON four no reason.

Pretty great
First game especially had me so immersed in the game and the characters I wish this second part was free with ads or something but it’s pretty good
Lazy
The first was great and i felt the choices actually matter , but the boon i picked was reform to a republic and it just ignores it the only good part was when i got to lead the army
Just one problem
I love the first and second interactive novels but, to gain more popularity you should make all parts of the second one free, at least until you reach a higher status of popularity for the interactive novel. I would love to pay for the rest of the parts but, honestly money does not come easy for me.

Cheated
First was brilliant, second started off great. I paid the 2.99 only to find out the game finishes pretty much straight away with what is clearly lazy writing just thrown in after paying with oh let’s fight some barbarians for the sake of it. The repetitive battles turns to order troops is clearly there to ramp up the word count by the thousands. Even choices such as do you want to have an affair feels forced. I’m left with so many unanswered questions such as: who were the infiltrators really, did we actually agree on a defense alliance, etc etc. I also noticed far more spelling and grammar mistakes which makes it also feel like a money grab as proof reading must have been limited. I paid for it having loved the first one and the 2nd story up until paying, this has made me lose trust in paying for others books. Even a few characters from the first didn’t appear again. I got excited about the stamina stat, again disappointed that you barely use it. Also the choices same rather obvious about who would you take with you as your second, etc. I mean would you really trust a guy that heavily drinks during duty or someone that managed to get himself jumped, or a young guy with zero combat and leadership experience.

Not quite satisfied
I really enjoyed the first story it was very intriguing and really felt like you was involved every step of the way but the second story is good but I couldn’t play the rest due to the fact I have to pay for the full version.
When the first story was for free I feel a bit disappointed and not satisfied that I have to pay with all due respect I feel cheated in a way but I hope my words and review help out. 👍👍
