Ridiculous ending
I enjoyed the story and the choices you’re able to make throughout. However, the ending ruined the whole experience for me. If you fail to qualify in the final tournament, thats it. The whole game ends and you can’t go back without restarting the whole thing. And all it says is “you married Hannah and had 4 children” and thats the entire thing. Hours of playing just for it to end with one sentence. And this would be more acceptable if it felt like you had any sort of control over the outcome. You just have to hope your skills are high enough and you’ll be lucky enough for the game to decide you won each round. Terrible.

best most in depth game/book I’ve ever played it has so many different paths and the playtime is great and replayablitiy even better
Great Story Horrible UI
The repetitiveness and unintuitive nature of the selection boxes meant that several times throughout the game k selected options I did not mean to. More specific examples below with spoilers SPOILERS During the section you are traveling around several times I traveled to a location by accident because I was trying to see how long it would take to travel to another place and never mind was not the default option. In my opinion the never mind or no consequences action should be the default. Then I ended the game on accident. The I’m in the middle of the tournament and asked if I want to quit or continue and the FIRST OPTION WAS QUIT! I selected next quickly by accident and that was it end of my whole game just like that. I know they don’t want people going back but you should be able to go back a slide or two max. I might just be bad but I found myself messing up options enough that it was annoying and now I am incredibly unsatisfied with the ending I got. And there is no way for me to go back through the story the same way again.

I did not expect much downloading this game, turns out it was very entertaining to me at least and i had much fun playing and reading the game; interacting with the story is the main factor i loved this game. Love from France

I downloaded this an hour or so ago, and have been unable to put my phone down since.
This game is exactly what I have been looking for, the story is gripping, the choices exciting, and the writing engaging. Huge credit to the developers, I haven’t enjoyed a game like this in a long time. If you’re looking for a dnd style written adventure, I could not recommend it more. Easiest 5 stars I have ever given.
Huge thanks to the devs, I hope you plan to put out more stories in the future!

A Wonderful Time!
This game gave me comfort when I played it in high school, horrible things were happening at the time so it was very nice to enjoy this adventure whenever I could. After a few years, I decided to revisit this game to take a trip down memory lane. I just finished my play through, and the journey I took was incredibly satisfying.
To say that The Great Tournament is worth playing is an understatement, the story and world building is phenomenal, and all of the scenes are absolutely outstanding. Sir Robert is one of the most entertaining fictional characters I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading about, every companion you meet is enjoyable to interact with, and the impact you make in the kingdom feels greatly earned. This is simply one of the best games I’ve ever had the honor of experiencing.
I want to end this review by saying thank you to everyone involved in making this gem of a game, thank you for providing a fantastic adventure, and thank you for a wonderful time!

Great game, would recommend!
Incredible game
One of those games that hits perfect on a restless night. Highly rewarding, and deeper than I anticipated. I will be looking forward to any and all future games by the Dev. Great work.

Reminded me of the games I used to play as a kid. Using imagination as an engine and sticks as swords.
Fun and Engaging
Honestly when I downloaded this game I thought it wasn’t going to hold my interest well since I have a hard time focusing for long periods of time, but this game blew my expectations out of the water. It kept me engaged and entertained for hours on end. I enjoyed all the different choices and paths you could take and how it effects your character and future events in the story. The characters you meet and the relationships you build throughout the game really makes it even more enjoyable. Anyway it was fantastic and I highly recommend playing at least once!
