Cancelled order
After ordering from the app on numerous occasions we placed an order totalling £32, which consisted of 1 regular pizza and 2 donnor meat and chips which was confirmed at 20.48, I then received an email at 21.18 stating the order was cancelled and refund would be processed within 3-5 days. Called the shop, which may I add is 9 minutes away to be told that they only have 1 driver so they can’t deliver! I was told that if I come and collect the order then they could do it for me. I said that I would collect it but would not be paying for it as I had already waited 30 minutes before it had been cancelled, to be told that that wasn’t possible but that could have the pizza for free.
Might not seem much to some people but having already waited 30 minutes before the order was cancelled is not good enough
