iOS okay, android broken
When I go to place an order on the android app from Google play store, it sends me a text verification code, but when I enter it, it gives an error message and locks up the application.

Great food, app needs bug fix
Love this place as a local option. However, the in app points appear to be broken. I’ve earned over 100+ points, and for some reason the app will not allow me to redeem any of my points anymore for a discount. This seems like it could be easily fixed and annoys me every time I go to make an order!
The Worst!!
I had to update this app and it lost all my information and of course all my points. It is never easy to use but now it’s useless. I may stop eating at Grey Dog restaurants altogether. That the spoon has such a high rating is very suspect when the staff told me EVERYONE COMPLAINS about the app. Very sus.

The Grey Dog is a NYC favorite!
My favorite go-to breakfast wether i’m in Soho or The West Village. Every location has the same high quality, yummy food and amazing service! Everyone is so friendly and it’s a great place to go with friends as well.
