Bad experience but 5 stars??
We usually want to get ticket in a very short time but this app always prompt ads and affect my time. Also, why other review said bad experience but still giving 5 stars? Buying stars?

Brilliant Stupidity
Create an app which opens an in-app browser which requires you to login in though u already logged in to the app but the log in function does not work. Brilliant!
bug in language
After updating the app, the previous version is shown as traditional Chinese, the latest version is shown the search result in English, though the setting is in traditional Chinese, is it a bug? please advise, thanks
Could avoid the ads in the future
Not good to have the ad and confused for the first-time user to buy the game . Not happy with that , but others are ok .
The notification enabled thing crashes my iphone

This function can only scan QR codes outside the mobile phone, but cannot scan pictures stored on this mobile phone. Very inhumane!

Many advertisement popup while using the apps
The frequent advertisements popups every second already damage the original function of this apps. Very disappointing

I don’t know why I can’t use this app ?? Any bugs with version in iPhone or conflict with other apps ??? Tried serval time remove and download again. Still not work
Horrible new UI
very bad new UI and kept asking me to log in when I make an appointment, unlike before only need to sign in once. Also the app got stuck in the loading page when choosing date that is not available

This app is not accurate in reservations
I used this app to track my reservation in Dondonya in new town plaza. Once it notified me my waiting ticket was available, I attended to the shop within 1 minute; Surprisingly , 3 waiting ticket numbers had passed thru and then I had to spent another 10 minutes to queue again. The app seem useless in my case.
