Rejected valid receipts
It rejected my receipts twice despite the shops being valid (In directory). I’ve spent over RM1,000 at Gurney Paragon and didn’t even get my points. Useless app.
App crash
The app crash and jump out when press scan receipts. So how we going to use it? Please fix

Unable to open apps
When open the apps it will prompt out message “the certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be ‘thehcircle.com.my’ which could put your confidential information at risk”
Adding new residents
Although I had registered my new resident in the apps and finished filling up all the details with the management yet still not yet approved for three weeks till now

Tons of Bugs and not friendly to use
Tons of bugs in apps. when the apps push out to cloud, the apps carried tons of bugs, ranging from apps crash, qr malfunction inside lift when no connection access, visitor booking cannot be edited, visitor link cannot be send, etc. we need to catch the bugs for the apps developer and requesting to fix.
