Very bad service
I ordered one saree from this store for the first time for my Mom, after receiving the saree the quality was not as expected and was definitely overpriced so we initiated a return. Once they received the item , they neither did the refund or any store credit. I used to message them every day and they will reply like ‘today you will get’ but they never did.
Later my brother from India had to called them from different number to ask for refund and it was like about 20 days after they did the store-credit which normally other stores do on the day they receive the item. Please save yourself from buying here , they just want you to buy but never take any responsibility after that. All the sarees are overpriced with respect to the quality.
