Does nothing before crashing, wouldn’t waste my money on it again, the contact email doesn’t even exist

Not sure why but something has gone wrong in the last few updates since I can’t get past loading the App, then update Data…the Wa Map will eventually display and once I select ..display Tenements..it starts to load but crashes within seconds…on every single attempt! That’s on my iPad, on my mates iPhone Please fix this asap🙏🏼
Update: received a response from the developer ( thank you) indicating that there is now an update and that the reason for this issue I had to occur was for IOS to stop supporting the app ( if I understood this correctly try) and that the update will fix this.

Every time I try to load it or open tracking anything it just crashes can you either fix it or refund me please

This is a great app when its working but for the last week every time I try to use the app it starts to load then before it’s loaded it turns itself off and returns to home screen.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Yes it’s been a great help ,but suddenly stopped can only access map but no tenements can’t get onto settings for it can’t figure out why it stopped if you could help that would be great

I have to agree with the most recent reviews re the changes to the wa mines department updates as mine does exactly the same opens then shuts down
You could at least answer the two including mine as why we are having these issues and if you can’t fix refund the money we paid for the app

New version does not work
The update to the app is useless. It doesn’t ask to use your phone for location and then shuts down. What is going on???
Don’t hit the upgrade in apps
Worked perfectly until I upgraded the app by the mines department. I now have an app that won’t stay open, don’t upgrade the app it must have a virus

Not happy with the app - for the first week or so, it closed each time I attempted to locate my position by expanding the screen.
Once that was sorted (temporarily), it would only track a certain distance unless the screen was kept "live".

Don’t know how I feel about this app yet as it doesn’t provide much detail like a legend to show what each marking means or any info on what land is unmarked and whether you can prospect there or not

Very Basic App for what you pay for. Save your $$$ and buy an app that does everything you will need instead. Very disappointed I blew $50 on this...
