The Health Wallet keeps all of my benefits in one place. I don’t have to login to multiple sites, keep info in my phone notes, or carry a physical ID card on me. Love it!!
Really is useful to have it all in one place
I’ve worked for multiple companies large and small that have super complex benefits. No matter the company, I always found it hard to have to go to 10 different websites and remember all these different logins to access my benefits. I was given this app as an option with my new employer and it really has made everything so much easier to understand. Instead of going to the dr and having to scramble trying to find my ID card in email or other places (because let’s get real it’s 2025 physical ID cards don’t make sense when everything else is on my phone), I can easily find what I need on here quickly and in one place. Plus, it’s simple to use for people like me who aren’t tech savvy at all!

The system is always down and I can never get any help!
Not good
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. It is always stating that it requires an update even if one is not available. I have to delete and reinstall the app all the time. It’s very aggravating. Don’t waste your time.
Life changing!
I can find and finally understand all of my benefits. Love that my ID card is right in the same app. I was able to find an in network provider really quickly. The AI bot Benny also helped answer several questions I had.
Garbage
I wish I could give negative stars. This app is literally always crashing, and that’s if I can even get it to open and load to begin with. I am constantly checking for an update that isn’t available thinking that’s what the problem is but it actually is just useless. I wish so badly my insurance would stop using this app but their website is just as bad so I’m at a loss.

Horrible App!
In the hospital needing insurance info for my child and the app decided to update. After waiting 20 minutes, it only had a white screen. No options just a white screen. If you can avoid it - do not use this app.
Personal Info Is Not HIPAA-Protected
Nowhere in the documentation is it mentioned that the app of the data collectors are HIPAA compliant. I would mot trust my information with any entity without full disclosure of strict compliance and the regulatory authority to which it must be accountable.
Doesn’t work
App worked for about a week. Then it stopped. Shows a black screen every time I open the app. Tried reloading it. Doesn’t help.
Very buggy
This app is extremely buggy. It’s frustrating that it automatically rotates to horizontal, when it honestly works better being vertical. You should allow us to download a pdf instead of a poor screenshot of our plan. Every time I download it blocks the boomy health and phcs portion of our id.
App Not Working
Completely black screen, won’t open. On 2 different iPhones. Is this app still working?
Be careful
Do not trust this app. It requires you to input SSN/DOB before advising that you can only access if it is provided by an employer. This is highly suspect practice.
Not a big fan
It helps in a way when I need my ID cards, but still I’m spending more time on the phone with insurance places just to get the information I need. Usually the I’d cards have my member and group numbers, well there important information on the back of said cards that I can’t access on the app so I have to constantly call and get it.
Plus looking up doctors/therapists in my area has gone away. I can’t look up family counseling that I desperately need. I used to be able to, now it’s gone since the last update
