Quality is Low
They have a lack of product description (no measurement) and they use way too bright filter so you get disappointed with their actual color or size in person. Their customer service is slow too. I think as their market has grown, the quality has gone down. For the high price, their quality(especially accessories) is low. I am not going to shop there any more and the app is deleted as well.

A little off putting
I have been a customer for years but feel the quality has gone down. I have recently gotten a few headbands and they hurt. One made of burlap is even falling apart. Perhaps now that this has grown so big quality is taking a hit. I also hate the bragging poster about how great life is and how she wants to go to Paris. Also not a fan of how simple life is that her house is always so neat and clean seems fake to me.

I have been purchasing items from Willow Crowns for 7 years and first of all, Megan and her team are amazing. The quality of the products, customer service, and shipping time can’t be beat. It’s what has kept me coming back since 2014! I’ve already used The Hive app to purchase items from WC and I am impressed with how quick and easy it was to make my purchase. The app is organized so well, and I love that it includes the launch schedule. I have really enjoyed browsing through the Megan’s Favorites section too because she has such great style (personal and home!) and I am always looking for some inspiration. You can definitely tell that a lot of thought was put into designing this app!
