Not great for trails
I downloaded this app just to use for trails, and honestly it made things way more confusing. The information doesn’t match the maps at the cabins/welcome center, and you can’t actually use it as a guide in any way. Deleting it.
Potential to be Great
We recently used this app on our first trip and thought it was great…until we got lost and ended up on the wrong trail. After backtracking, we discovered the trails on the app aren’t consistent with what’s posted at the trail head. One of the trails in the app has been closed and no longer in use! Next time, I’ll just take a photo of the map at the trail head and not bother with the app.

Junk app
Ordered a Hocking Hills shirt for $25 and they never sent it, but claim they did. Tried six times to chat with someone who could help, but the app is so junky, it stops letting you type when you have questions for “Spring” their customer service bot/humans (maybe). Had to contact my bank to get my money back and report the merchant as fraudulent. Such a headache.
