Search Broken with VPN
After updating 13.7.0 I can no longer use the search function while using a VPN. Im sorry HD but you harvest enough data off us already. If you’re not going to let us use a VPN while buy products and give you money then I’m going to the competitor

This new app maybe good but way too much tracking and sharing. Pages of legal ease are too hard to read and therefore myself, family and friends have and are recommending to other Orangeville businesses to delete their app! All we wanted was a catalog and stock check. You’ve gone too far!
Reliable, handy
I use it for finding out where things are located in the store and favoriting items for a shopping list. Websites always forget the chosen store but the app doesn’t. Home Depot has reliable location information which makes shopping fast.

installing, states I can download older compatible version. Installed, open an d says I need to install new version. App now useless.

Can’t find product at local stores… postal code or location works however can’t click NEXT to see other stores and stock… painful to use and find items now! Please fix ASAP

It won’t let me sign in to get the balance on my account. I used find my UserID and it wouldn’t accept my info. It wanted a 7 digit postal code JUST TO SEND ME A CONFIRMATION CODE TO MY EMAIL!!!!! POS!!!!!

I think App developers do not understand their customer.
Now the Home Depot App resets if you say, go off and text your offspring, answer a call from one of your parents. Why?
So this happens (you’re not the only App that does this) when it resets: I go somewhere else to buy the item. If you want to waste my time by forcing me to go back and research, then filter … I will find a similar product elsewhere.

App is Better then a lot of big box store apps but a clear all function in your shopping cart would be mighty nice also a projects section like Kent building supplies where you can create multiple shopping lists
