Does not work at all

Unnecessarily difficult setup and broken coding.
The amount of difficulty I’ve had with the setup is terrible from it not accepting my bank account info record and having to submit pdfs too not even being able to log in at all. forgot password reset not even working and then it locking me out of my account it’s like they really don’t want you to get a loan through them I’m beyond dissatisfied and will be getting a loan through my bank instead since they’re process is 100x simpler and actually functional……
