So Easy to Use
I love this app. I pay all my bills using it, deposit checks, and check the balances on my accounts almost daily.
Latest update is trash
I’ll never understand why people “fix” things that aren’t broken. The latest update is complete garbage. The mobile deposit barely works. It takes several tries for your check to be accepted. I’ve never had this problem before the update.
External transfer needs fixed
App is just fine aside from 2 things. I believe most people would prefer to see their savings and checking balances separately. When you have overdraft protection it shows your combined balance in your available checking funds. So it’s a duplicated number, which could easily cause one to misread their balance. The real issue is entering your birthdate in order to verify your info to use external transfers. It doesn’t allow you to manually put in your birthdate. It shows an image of a calendar with todays month and date. You have to press the back button month to month all the way back to your birthday in order to select it. For most people this means pressing that button literally hundreds of times. The bank so far is great, just a few updates to the app would be nice! :)

Mobile Deposit
Everything else is fine, but the mobile deposit does work right, or at least didn’t for me. I did the whole deposit thing on Friday and then called, said that unless I got it in by 4pm it wouldn’t be there until Monday. Monday rolls around, still not in my account, and my endorsement apparently wasn’t correct, so I had to snap the photos several more times, so I call again after finally having everything correct. They tell me it will be there by 6pm. How convenient. They close by 5 for most of the week. I check after 6pm, and the money STILL IS NOT in my account. So not worth the stress and stupidity of it. Never using the mobile deposit again.

I’d like access to my personal account from my business account in order to pay bills and transfer money freely without having to call or come in..

This is a great app.
Latest update....
Now has made my recent transactions appear and disappear when they ARE NOT pending even though the balance on my account shows lower than what is actually showing up that has been spent or pending! This is very annoying and for someone who relies on this app at all times to know how much money I have it is also very frustrating!

Typical Bank App
Typical banking app, able to preform most banking needs, the auto check deposit is a little difficult to use as you must be very specific with the endorsement.
