User reviews

Hard to understand

This app has a script to explain aphasia to unfamiliar people but the voice is very robotic and difficult to understand.

Fantastic

Simple to use app providing a clear and succinct description of aphasia from the perspective of people with aphasia. A highly recommended resource!!

A short video to introduce yourself and aphasia

This is a lovely little app that allows you to play a short video to someone who doesn't know you and your aphasia. It has only the basic functionlaity need for this: Play, pause and restart the video, volume control (Apple actually refused the app initially because it did not have enought functionality...).
The fact that the video is an app allows you to place it anywhere on the homescreen so it's easy to find and can be played timely.
There are two more functions available: Share - send the app store address to anyone you think might be interested in the app, and Feedback - the group who made the app is looking for input and ideas on how to improve the app in the future.
