I have been off social media for years because of all the negativity, and because they are designed to get you addicted. The Ideal Life is the perfect solution - all the benefits of connecting and sharing with others, but centered around growth mindset and how you can CONTROL the chemicals of your reward system rather than be MANIPULATED by them. I’ll use this for myself, and also feel great about my kids using it as well!
