The Incorruptibles is an index of companies devoted to human flourishing: US companies whose legal structure protects their mission from short-term shareholder pressure. The index covers statutory benefit corporations (Delaware-style Public Benefit Corporations, Benefit Corporations, and Social Purpose Corporations), Certified B Corporations, steward-owned companies, perpetual purpose trusts, and golden-share structures.
