I love watching this show online so thought I’d download the app, but there’s no sound! I’m sure it’s not my iPad as other apps I’ve downloaded have sound, it’s just this one that doesn’t. Please fix, or give advice on how to activate the sound?

This would be a great app if the audio worked. I can go to the website and the audio works. I've checked everything and cannot find where the problem exists.
