App keeps crashing out. Old app never did that. When you scroll past about page15 or so the app just closes. Please fix this!

Great deal-this year
I’m from the US with family in Co Derry, interested in Irish News. I subscribed during IN recent discount. Unless they have the same upon renewal next year, I’m out.
Excellent app
This app is Amazing as it provides excellent high quality, up to date news articles. Also I am a blind person and the app is very accessible. I would encourage visually impaired ppl to download this app to keep up to date with the latest news
Poor value for money
Too many stories are blocked + require a subscription representing poor value for money.
Expensive
Great paper but much too expensive, especially for someone who doesn’t always have the time to read it all

Repeated Issues with Downloading
No idea why, but I’ve had repeated issues with issues not appearing first thing in the morning. This never happened under the old app but now happens weekly. Today for example only edition available is the 19th, can’t access 20th Jan edition.

New App is rubbish
This version is a significant step backwards. The ability to navigate the pages is greatly diminished. Also, access to recent editions seems to have been removed.
I’m due to renew my subscription in January - I’m seriously considering not doing so! Poorly thought out ‘upgrade’ in my opinion.

You appear to have sorted out the blurry text, but where is the online crossword. Please restore and put the link to it in an obvious location in the menu!!!!

Bring back the old!
Sometimes, if it’s not broke, don’t fix it, is good advice. Your new look app is seriously crap, glitchy , difficult to use. Honestly considering ending my subscription.

I really don’t like it. It keeps jumping pages and I cannot zoom up the writing like I could on the old App,
for some reason the death notices are clearer. The old app was much better. I really think this is taking advantage of us ,the loyal reader, you seem to be using an inferior version of whatever app you are using! I was also 3 days with out newspaper no email, no apology. I will be considering my options going forwards! This includes posting this review on social media.
