Bought this game to play with my family and you can’t even open the app, what a waste of money. I’d like my money back

Out of the five games in the pack my family only likes two of them. Fibbage and drawful. Sound does work for us.

It’s good! But you do have to project it to the screen for screen mirroring. That’s how it’s best used on mobile

I was leery about buying this game based on the reviews. However, I took a shot, purchasing it for an iPad 2nd Gen. No issues whatsoever. Worked perfectly right out of the gate.

I thought I was buying the package that included all these games but I can only play "you don't know jack". I have deleted and readded app and still cannot change to any of the other games that are displayed.

I am writing this review because I purchased this app yesterday. I purchased it on my iPad and there is no sound. I tried downloading it to my iPhone to see if I would have sound there but it’s not showing up in my family share. The bigger issue is the lack of sound. I don’t know how to get in touch with the developer so I hope they see this review, or, someone else that knows how to get in touch with the

So I just purchased this game for the iPad and for the life of me I cannot find the settings so I can make it kid friendly. I paid $25 just for the game drawful. I will change my stars if this can be solved. I would hate to think that the settings or menu option doesn’t exist on the iPad version. I would appreciate a reply or a ticket number. Thank you so much. Otherwise I love these games.

Not fun at all,
I just purchased the jack box party pack hoping to stream it on my smart TV so my family could play. It was a complete disaster. Can I get a refund? This was too much money for something that does not work as planned.

Great Fun!
Have used this to play in person and via Zoom and has worked perfectly. Other reviews mentioned lagging and no sound but we’ve had no such issues. Just be aware when you buy the iPad version, that and Apple TV are the only platforms you can play it on.

The others have had the family friendly option, this one didn’t, so is useless to us, very disappointing

Don’t bother
I thought it would be great idea to get this app so I could play games with my family across the country during the lockdown..... but you can’t share your screen, so it’s utterly useless for remote play.
