Generational NewsPaper
My Dad used to read the JP. Now I do too. The only news company i subscribe to is JakartaPost, although my mother subscribes to something else even more local, so we share notes sometimes. JP’s the only one for me tho.
Poor performance
When I try to change category from Latest to say Indonesia, the app closes. When I go to app support it loses. I’ve tried to get some support without success
Frustrating
The app always has issues. Currently it shuts done when changing category

Difficult to use
This news app reloads the home page every time you have finished reading an article. So you jump back to the top of the home page and lose the place in the home page you had read headlines up to. Poor usability.

If you try to read e-paper and zoom into an article, touch/ swipe down or right in order to continue text, it‘s automatically swipe to the next page, instead for the dedicated part of the same page.
That‘s most inconvenient way to read. I already contacted your team, unfortunately no respond.

Subscription fails
I subscribed on my iPhone, but when I try and open it on my iPad it wants another subscription, even though in settings it shows I have a subscription. Very disappointing as not a premium product at all.
