New version is difficult to navigate, give up on ordering

Updated this fall, the newer version is so difficult to navigate or log into, that I now just go somewhere else for lunch. Please fix this! It shouldn’t be this hard to order the same order each time.

What happened?!

Three days ago, my rating would have been 5 stars. I absolutely loved the convenience that this app affords with a straightforward, simple user interface, especially, when there’s a time crunch!

The previous version of this app was incredibly easy to use. And the feature to re-order previous orders only needed to have a delete button option for absolute orders to be perfect.

Now, after having to re-sign in, (Why is that?) I see the app looks very high-tech, but….

Sadly, it is very difficult to navigate for folks that are not tech savvy, and there is no “confirmed order” message after the transaction is complete. In fact, I thought I had double-ordered when I tapped a persistent “confirming order” message and was given the option to continue the order, which, of course, being desperate to get the order through, I tapped again. Without the confirmation, I was anticipating I headed to the shop expecting to have to wait in line. Luckily, it went through and the barista I shared my angst with was lovely.

Please, make things simpler again

Horrible reliability

As someone who uses this app at least weekly, I can’t believe the difficulty in finding out what they actually offer on their menu from day-to-day. Soups are listed some days and not on others even though you get to the store for pick up of your order and there are soups available! Same for trying to order something like chips with a sandwich. Often I will select the sandwich I want only to see there is no option for chips. Randomly selecting other sandwiches and the chips ARE an option… just not for the actual sandwich I want to order and not listed as a separate side. I get it, coffee and pastries are your main gig but sheesh! For what you charge for the sandwiches and salads, you’d think you could afford to develop or upgrade the app to make online ordering an easier experience.

Really Off on Acurracy

App is really really off on how the actual stores work - For example if I order a sandwich at MT, it doesn’t say that they don’t serve breakfast until 7 so if I want what I paid for I have to wait an hour to get it. As well, it often has options they don’t have or will put more stuff on the order than was on the screen
